Mindset Mastery
The Mindset Mastery 360° program, is based on the globally proven WISDOM System for Coaching Kids™, is a dynamic, story-based coaching initiative designed to build resilience, confidence, and emotional intelligence in youth aged 10–18. Through a full-year, in-school coaching model or extracurricular formats, the program addresses the growing challenges students face—such as anxiety, peer pressure, low self-esteem, and disengagement—by teaching them life-changing mindset and self-leadership skills.
The curriculum is rooted in five core pillars: unlocking potential, building responsibility and decision-making, strengthening self-esteem, setting goals and vision, and overcoming fear and failure. Students engage through interactive storytelling, role play, games, art, and take-home resources, making learning both fun and impactful. The 360° model also involves parents and teachers through newsletters, workshops, and coaching circles—ensuring long-term, school-wide impact.
